Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

These Membership Terms (Terms) govern the application for She Elevates Membership (Membership). It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to your application for a Membership. By applying for Membership you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and will provide the most recent version here on our website.
The terms “She Elevates”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pretty Li'l Things, Evolve Consultancy Group Pty Ltd and its associated entities, and “you” refers to the individual or business purchasing a Membership.
Application for Membership
Our current Membership descriptions, entitlements and pricing will be emailed directly to members upon request for a membership.
All applications for Membership must be made by request. Each member will be required to fill out the Google form provided and a mandate through our payment provider Go Cardless - this will create a membership account for you.
All information you provide during the application process must be accurate and complete, and it is your responsibility to keep your details up to date.
We will only process completed applications, and reserve the right to reject an application for any reason.
We will send you a confirmation email upon completed application form agreement of the Go Cardless mandate. Your Membership is deemed accepted on the day you receive the email.
The membership fee is payable as an ongoing monthly direct debit, payable in advance. We will accept payment of membership fees upfront, upon request.
We may increase the Membership Fee from time to time. If we do so, we will give you at least one month’s notice of the intended increase by email. We will limit the increase to one annual increase, giving one month's notice before the anniversary of your renewal.
Minimum commitment is 12 months from initial joining date. If paying monthly, once the first 12 months term has passed, your commitment is month by month. If paying annually, your fees are non refundable if you wish to cancel your membership early.
As a Member you have access to a range of member benefits which will change from time to time.
If you pay annually, your Membership will be automatically renewed each year, on the anniversary of the date you joined She Elevates (Anniversary) unless you wish to terminate your membership subscription. If you pay monthly, then after your first 12 month term has passed, your membership subscription will continue month by month until such time you wish to terminate.
The Membership Fee for the forthcoming year will be charged to the same account you used on joining. If you should wish to change this, it is your responsibility to do so through Go Cardless. She Elevates does not handle hold any member bank details.
If you wish to terminate your Membership, you must give us notice at least 5 days prior to the Anniversary. If we do not receive notification from you, your Membership shall be auto-renewed and the applicable Membership Fee payable.
The Membership Fee is not refundable.
She Elevates may offer a refund in special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in writing to request a refund, outlining the circumstances. We will review your request and advise you in writing of the outcome.

- Receiving commercial emails from us and our approved third party providers.
She Elevates does not take any responsibility or liability whatsoever for disputes between Members.
There are sections of our Facebook Group that are accessible to Members and Non-Members. There is an ability to direct message other Members, see posts, comments and information posted by She Elevates or other Members. By being a Member you give authority for some or all of your profile data to be made public. When accessing the Facebook Group you must not:
- harass, abuse or harm other Members;
- send spam or other unwelcomed communication to other Members
- act in an unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable manner; or
- infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including those of She Elevates, Members or third parties.
Should you attend a She Elevates Event, you acknowledge that She Elevates films and photographs every event. You consent to being filmed or photographed by She Elevates (or its representatives) and to She Elevates using your name, likeness, image and/or voice in such photographs or films for the purpose of promoting our events, services and products. No remuneration is payable for such use.
We may revoke your Membership for any reason, including for breach of these Terms or for bringing She Elevates into disrepute.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions and warranties relating to your Membership.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, such as in relation to Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or other prescribed terms under legislation, our liability for breach is limited to the Membership Fees paid by you.
These Terms shall in respects be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all or part of that provision will be severed from the Terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Any failure to assert any right under the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between She Elevates and you in relation to Membership.
